*Especially large, heavy or delicate items such as homewares or shoes may incur a delivery surcharge which will be outlined in the product description.
Orders are usually dispatched via Express Post within 1-3 business days.
Please note : due to increasing numbers of orders lost in the mail or reported as undelivered we are now offering a $2.95 Signature on Delivery option. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing this option, as standard tracked express (thre free option) is not reliable any more. We STRONGLY suggest you provide an address for delivery at which someone will be there to receive the parcel, such as a business address or PO Box. Lost parcels can take weeks to recover, if they are ever found, and the parcel investigation must be launched by the addressee according to Australia Post.
Orders are dispatched once funds and address details have been confirmed. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, depending on stock availability in our warehouse. We have four stores across Adelaide from which we pick the stock for your orders, this can take up to 3 days after which we will express post your order. If you require an item in a hurry please contact us for an estimated delivery date - we may be able to expedite your delivery for a fee.
We will notify you immediately via email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your unique shipping number, so you can monitor the progress of your order online at www.australiapost.com.au. Australia Post guarantees next day delivery within the network before 5pm via Express Post. (see www.australiapost.com.au for network postcodes)
International orders are sent via Tracked Post at a flat rate of $20 to New Zealand, and up to $35 for Rest of World. Please enter your address at checkout for a Shipping quote.
