How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start (Your order number is found in your confirmation email, or you can Log In and check your order history. Contact Us if you still can't find it!)
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email within 1 business day with instructions and a return postal address once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
Full price items are eligible for a Refund or Store Credit (valid 1 year) if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Conditions apply to Sale items - please see our Returns Policy for more info.
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Unused, unwashed and unworn.
- In the original packaging
Earrings can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Items purchased during temporary "Flash Sale" promotions are subject to special return conditions - please see our Returns page for more info.
Can I make an exchange?
- Please place a new order for the item you need and request a refund or credit on your return.
- Our return policy states no refunds on sale items, we will make an exception if you purchase an exchange item. Please feel free to contact us if you need any clarification!
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my refund?
- We have a very small and very busy team here so returns may take 1-2 days for processing, you should then get an email confirming your refund or store credit.
