Online Return Policies

You've made it to our Returns Info which means you're either here to check out our return policy before you click the oh so satisfying "complete my purchase" button OR something didn't work out [which makes us sad]. Whatever the reason - this page has all the details!

PLEASE NOTE : WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON PURCHASES MADE IN OUR BRICKS AND MORTAR BOUTIQUES since you are able to see and try on garments at the time. We offer store credit only in-store.

We will of course be flexible for those that have physical difficulty trying clothes on, just talk to our staff in store for an exemption.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Full Price Items purchased online are eligible for a refund if returned in original condition within 14 days (21 days for international customers) of your order being delivered to you. 

Purchases made in-store are eligible for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds in store, sorry!

DISCOUNTED ITEMS

ONLINE : Discounted items over $100 can be returned for Store Credit (valid 1 year). 

Discounted items under $100 can not be returned unless faulty. These sales are final so please choose carefully. 

IN STORE PURCHASES : No returns are accepted on sale items.

PRE ORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDERS

Pre Orders fall under the "Full Priced Items" policy : when purchased online these can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days. 

In store : Due to the unknowns around preordering items you have never seen we are flexible around refunds for these items if it doesn't suit you when you try it on.

SPECIAL ORDERS are not returnable unless faulty. Special Orders are made to order just for you, therefore you need to choose these carefully. Special Orders are usually arranged between you and us when you are looking for an item we do not have in stock and have not placed an order on. Special Orders are different to Pre Orders.

FLASH SALE RETURN POLICY

If you are shopping during a Flash Sale - e.g. "Further 20% off Sale 3 days only" NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED so please choose carefully.

Store credit only on items that are full price before the coupon is applied, NO RETURNS at all on items that are already reduced (from the SALE category) so please choose carefully. Brands are not always consistent with sizing, our product descriptions are subjective and can be interpreted in different ways, different screens show colour differently, there are a lot of unknowns and you should be aware that items that are heavily reduced may not live up to expectations when deciding to purchase a non-returnable item!

INFO YOU SHOULD READ

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, we do not offer postage-paid returns.

• Keep a copy of your tracking number for your return. While we do all we can to ensure your return makes it back to us safe and sound, we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

• Our products are very precious to us, so we will inspect all items upon receipt. Items that are not in their original condition will be returned back to you. ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED DIRTY TO US - E.G. MAKEUP STAINS will have a $15 Cleaning Fee deducted from any refund / credit. Please take care when trying clothes on to avoid touching your face with the fabric.

• You will be notified via email when your return has been assessed, then you can expect to receive your refund / exchange / store credit within 2-4 business days.

• International customers, you have 21 days to complete your return! 

FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON EARRINGS / FACE MASKS UNLESS FAULTY
