What is Your Return Policy?
We offer full refunds back to your original payment method on full price items within 14 days of delivery to you.

When will you send my order?
In stock items are usually sent within 1-2 business days. Please ensure you select Express Post if you are in a rush!
How do I become a VIP?
We offer a 10% lifetime discount to our VIP shoppers. To become a VIP just spend a total of $500 (after any refunds are applied) with us and you will be eligible for discounts. Once you reach the spend threshold, you should receive an email with instructions. If you're not sure how far away you are, just contact us and we can search your purchase history.
How do I choose the right size?
Most of our product descriptions include highly detailed measurements of each garment in each size, please compare these against a garment you already own that fits you well to make your best guess at sizing. If you can't find measurements listed, look for tips from us about fit in the description, read the information about our model and the size she is wearing, or feel free to contact us for help.
We also have "True Fit" installed on our website, which takes the information you give it and compares it against data from various brands to estimate the size you need. We recommend saving your information on a profile so you don't have to fill in all the info every time you shop, and recommendations will become more tailored to you over time.
