here's what to do

You can either organise your own postage back to us, or use our "Easy Returns" portal, which allows you to pay for postage online and printout your own label, then drop your parcel in a red post box. See below....

Returning your item(s):

You'll receive a return form in your parcel, just fill in your order number, tick the items you're returning and select your preferred money back method (refund / store credit valid 1 year). **If this page is not included in your return parcel, we cannot readily identify you and therefore will take longer to process your return. Priority is given to returns that include all requested information.**

Ensure your items meet our return conditions (read below) and then package your goods, take to the post office and send to our return address:

1. Visit our returns portal here enter the email address used to place your order and complete the fields to submit your return. You'll enter your credit card details to purchase postage for your return, this is a flat rate for express post which is comparable with what you'd pay at the Post Office. Once submitted, you’ll be emailed your unique barcode or printable postage label, depending on which you select. Package your return and head to step 2!

2. Print your label at home and lodge your return in a Street Posting box OR take your return and barcode
to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location (those marked with a printer symbol on the map)
and they’ll print it for you. Choose to drop your return at any Post Office, Street Posting Box, or selected
retailers including supermarkets and pharmacies.

3. You’ll be emailed tracking details so you can check on the progress of your return back to our warehouse. Refunds and credits can take up to 3 days to process, please be patient with our tiny, busy team!

Return Policies


Full Price Items purchased online are eligible for a refund if returned in original condition within 14 days (21 days for international customers) of your order being delivered to you*.

*If you ask us to delay postage on your order (because you're going away, for example) we are not able to offer returns on items that are held here for more than 14 days.

Purchases made in-store are eligible for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds in store, sorry!


ONLINE SALES : Discounted items over $100 can be returned for Store Credit (valid 1 year). 

Discounted items under $100 can not be returned unless faulty. These sales are final so please choose carefully. 

IN STORE PURCHASES : No returns are accepted on sale items.



Pre Orders fall under the "Full Priced Items" policy : when purchased online these can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days. 

In store : Due to the unknowns around preordering items you have never seen we are flexible around refunds for these items if it doesn't suit you when you try it on.


SPECIAL ORDERS are not returnable unless faulty. Special Orders are made to order just for you, therefore you need to choose these carefully. Special Orders are usually arranged between you and us when you are looking for an item we do not have in stock and have not placed an order on. Special Orders are different to Pre Orders.


If you are shopping during a Flash Sale - e.g. "Further 20% off Sale 3 days only" NO RETURNS WILL BE OFFERED so please choose carefully.

Store credit only on items that are full price before the coupon is applied, NO RETURNS at all on items that are already reduced (from the SALE category) so please choose carefully. Brands are not always consistent with sizing, our product descriptions are subjective and can be interpreted in different ways, different screens show colour differently, there are a lot of unknowns. Please be aware that items that are heavily reduced may not live up to expectations when deciding to purchase a non-returnable item.
