SHIPPING AND RETURNS

*COVID-19 DELAYS : Australia Post are experiencing delays of up to several days on all deliveries, and are unable to provide the same level of tracking as normal. We encourage patience and understanding as everyone in the supply chain deals with the unprecedented difficulties associated with running a business during a pandemic!

DELIVERY : In light of the above-mentioned delays, until further notice we have decided to offer FREE EXPRESS POST on all Australian orders over $150, and continue to offer Free Standard Postage on all other Australian orders, so that you can get your orders asap!

Our SA customers also now have the option of selecting "Next Day Pickup" from our North Adelaide Boutique by appointment. Select this option in the checkout and we will contact you to arrange your pickup!

Handling time on all orders ranges from 1-2 business days. 

RETURNS: 

  • Full Priced items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt (leniency on this timeframe will be given due to covid-19 related postage delays)
  • Sale items over $100 are returnable for store credit or size / colour exchange only, no refunds. 
  • Sale items under $100 are final sale and cannot be returned at all, please choose carefully and ask questions if you're unsure about anything! 
  • FLASH SALES : Items on temporary / "Flash" sale (e.g. FURTHER 25% OFF SALE) are not returnable except under special negotiation
