That’s why we’re so thrilled to introduce our new Wardrobe Valet, a luxury try-before-you-buy experience designed to take the guesswork out of online shopping.
Take a whole fitting room’s worth of beautiful pieces home — without the financial commitment upfront. Keep what you love, return what doesn’t work, and enjoy the freedom to decide in your own time, in your own space.
How does it work?
Our Wardrobe Valet service is offered in collaboration with a company called Try with Mirra, you may see some of their branding along the way and they will be the first point of contact if you have any trouble with the service.
- Add to Cart: Use the Try at Home button when adding items to your cart.
- Checkout & Payment Hold: We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid. You won’t be charged until you decide to keep the items.
- Try at Home: Once your order arrives, you will have 3 days to try on the items.
- Complete Order: We'll send access to your Customer Portal where you can follow the steps to finalise your order. You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep. Scroll down for Returns info.

Returns
If you need to return anything, we'll send you a prepaid return label to download.
Return Guidelines:
- Returns must be posted within 3 days of completing the order in the customer portal.
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
- If you return all items from the order, a $15 postage fee will be applied, if you decide to keep one or more items return postage is complementary.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the authorisation process work?
When you use the Try at Home service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorise your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorisation simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.
What is the Return Postage Fee?
The Return Postage fee is a $15 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order. This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns. It is only charged if no items from the order are kept. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the flexibility to try products at home before committing to a purchase.
How do I complete my order?
Try at Home orders must be completed in the Try with Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.
Are there any excluded products?
Yes, items that are on Sale and Pre-Order items are excluded from The Wardrobe Valet (Try at Home) service.
Where is this service available?
Please note this service is currently only available in Australia and for our full priced items (no sale).
Can I use The Wardrobe Valet (Try at Home) alongside a regular purchase in the same order?
Yes you can. For items you want to buy immediately, or items that are
excluded from Wardrobe Valet, just use the ADD TO CART button as usual.
For items you want to try at home first, use the TRY BEFORE YOU BUY
button. In the checkout, you will only be charged upfront for items that
you have selected using the ADD TO CART button. Items ordered via the
TRY BEFORE YOU BUY button will have a "Try with Mirra" subtitle and a
pending payment hold placed. You will only be charged for these items
when you complete your order in the Try with Mirra Portal within the 3
day trial period after your order is delivered.
However, for streamlining purposes on both your side and ours in case of returns, we would recommend placing separate orders in these scenarios.
What is Try with Mirra?
Try with Mirra is the Australian company we are working with to provide this service to you, our customer. They facilitate the payments and host the online customer portal where you will finalise your order after the three day try on period ends.
