Jordan | E-commerce & Customer Service Specialist
Jordan is the engine room of Impulse Boutique's day-to-day operations — the person keeping the online store running smoothly, the inbox under control, and the homepage looking fresh. She's the first point of contact for customer enquiries, and the one making sure new products land online the way they should.
Before joining the Impulse team, Jordan ran her own clothing label with a strong vintage aesthetic — think 1960s silhouettes and considered construction — which gives her a genuinely deep understanding of how clothes are made, how they fit, and what makes them worth wearing. That background informs everything from the way she talks about a garment to the advice she gives customers.
Experience
Jordan's experience spans online retail operations, customer service, digital marketing, and fashion production. She manages the Impulse Boutique online store end-to-end, writes and sends the boutique's email marketing twice weekly, and handles all customer communication across email and phone.
Her earlier career in costume design and her own label give her a level of knowledge about clothing construction, fit, and fabrication that goes well beyond typical retail experience.
