Covid-19 Updates

SHIPPING DELAYS with Australia Post : 

To put it simply, Australia Post are swamped right now as they deal with unprecedented demand with everyone shopping online while they self isolate, along with lower staff on the job due to social distancing requirements, and a significant decrease in domestic air freight available to transport cargo. 

We now understand higher priority is given to Express parcels, so we have changed our postage offer to give Free Express post to any Australian order over $150 to help mitigate the delays. However, Aus Post have suspended their Next Day Delivery Guarantee until further notice, so your parcel may take several days even when posted Express.

Unfortunately for orders placed before we made this change, which got Free Standard delivery, this means that your parcel will most likely take some time, and you'll see a distinct lack of any tracking updates. 

Just know that this is not unusual, so there is no need to panic if your parcel is late and you cannot see tracking updates. We have seen several cases like this already which have eventually been delivered, but it has taken weeks for the parcels to arrive. We advise patience, and if you are concerned your parcel is missing you can lodge a missing item report here :

Please understand that there is not a lot we can do from our end until Australia Post complete an investigation and either deliver the parcel or declare it missing. 

OUR STORE OPENING HOURS + SAFETY MEASURES : 

All stores (North Adelaide, Unley and Glenelg) will be open for limited trading hours from Monday April 27. We will be open 10am-3pm from Monday to Saturday, Closed Sundays. 

We will have a limit of 3 customers + 1 staff member in the store at all times, and ask you to please maintain social distance of at least 1.5m between you and other people, including our staff. 

We ask you to please not enter our stores if you are feeling unwell with any cold or flu symptoms, or if you have been in contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19 in the last 14 days. 

We will also provide hand sanitiser at the door and ask that you use this on entry, and of course maintain proper cough and sneeze etiquette by using the crook of your elbow to cover it.
