We are having some trouble with our emails landing in junk / spam folders for customers with Gmail addresses. 

If you are having spam issues with order receipts, tracking updates or any other emails from us, please complete the following steps in your Gmail account to ensure we don't get flagged as spam :

Sign into your Gmail account on a computer (easier than tablet or phone) and do the following:

Step 1 : Add our email address to your contacts

Add customercare@gmail.com to your Gmail Contacts. Google will usually deliver email from addresses that are in your Contacts.

Select "Create New Contact" from the left sidebar and enter our details then "Save".

Step 2 : Mark our emails as "Not Spam"

In Gmail, navigate to the spam folder. Search for emails from Impulse Boutique. Select all the emails shown. Click More and then Not spam.

This should help you continue to receive our emails, yay!

PS : Gmail sometimes thinks the links in our emails are unsafe, and may warn you not to click them - any email sent by us is safe, but if you are unsure whether it's actually us or not, just email us to check!

And, of course, if you're not interested in receiving marketing emails from us just click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
