Maché (mash-ay).

100% Technical Polyester / Washable.

Mache fabric feels like a heavy silk but has all the easy care properties of polyester. Finished with "air flow" technology, Mache floats and billows around the wearer ethereally and drapes beautifully. Crease resistant and quick drying, it’s perfect for travel.

- What's a pre order?

A pre order secures your size and colour before the stock arrives here. You pay for it now, then we post it straight out when it arrives, you then have 14 days to return it for a refund if it isn't right.

- When will my pre order arrive?

Once you select your colour and size above, you should see the Add to Cart button change to display a delivery month. Your item will arrive anytime between the first and last day of that month. Please be aware that we cannot offer a more specific delivery estimate than the month, we are given just one business day's notice of all deliveries 😅

- What if I want to order both pre-order and instock items, can they be sent separately? Yes, just place separate orders for in stock vs pre order styles to have the delivery split.

- Unsure of sizing? First, check the 'Description" tab above, it's likely to have garment measurements you can use to make an educated choice. If still unsure, you can purchase two sizes and return the wrong one for a refund.

- Can I pre order in-store? Yes, you can pre order in-store and your payment will be refundable if it's not right. In store refunds are only available on pre orders.

I'll be away during the stated delivery month, can you hold my order? No, unfortunately we aren't able to hold orders back due to various automated processes. Please enter an address where someone will be around to safely receive the parcel.

Delivery Options in Australia:

- Free Express post for orders over $150 (Signature required)

- Free Express post for orders over $150 (Leave in a Safe Place) - please note, selecting this option is a risk. We cannot guarantee safe delivery of your parcel if you select this option, therefore in the unlikely (but possible) event your parcel should go missing, finding a resolution with Australia Post will be your responsibility, we will not be able to provide any compensation. 

- $10 Express Post on orders under $150

Our SA customers also now have the option of selecting "Pick Up In Store"- just enter your preferred store to pick up from in the Order Notes section during checkout. We'll contact you when it's ready!

Handling time on all orders ranges from 1-2 business days. 

We are unable to hold orders - if you are pre-ordering and expect you will be away for a time during the deliver month you will need to enter an address where someone will be there to receive it or have it sent to your local post office.

RETURNS: 

  • Full Priced items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt (21 days for international orders)
  • Refunds are not offered on Sale items - please see our full Return Policy for more info.
  • Please see our full RETURN POLICY for all the info you need including what to do if you receive a faulty item.
  • If you ask us to hold your order back from postage because you are going away, for example, please note we cannot accept returns on items that are held here for more than 2 weeks. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY : 

We ship to most countries - unfortunately we are unable to ship the United Kingdom as of Jan 1, 2021 due to changes to VAT collection upon leaving the EU.

Duties / customs fees may be payable please check your local duties and be aware that we do not cover this expense. 

New Zealand : $15 flat rate - Express - 3-8 business days

Rest of World (except UK) : $30 flat rate - Express - 7-15 business days

International returns are accepted providing the item complies with our return policy - just contact us within 3 business days to initiate your return. Return postage cost is not covered by Impulse Boutique.

At Impulse Boutique / Lumiere Collective we offer loyal customers a 10% discount off full priced products during checkout any time they purchase. 

*Conditions apply : 

- To become a VIP you must have spent $500 or more with us either online or in store (any refunds for returns are deducted from this running total).

- Your VIP status needs to be approved by Impulse / Lumiere Head Office before it's activated - if you think you are eligible for our VIP program and your account has not been activated yet please contact us with your name and we will look into it! If you have a VIP account in store but can't make it work online just contact us. 

- Existing VIPs must use their registered email address at the checkout (this is how the system identifies you as a VIP) and enter coupon code VIP at checkout when shopping online to get their discount. The code is the same for everyone (VIP), the website will allow the coupon to be used only if your email address is registered as a VIP account. 

- VIP discounts only apply from the point in time that your VIP status is activated by us, any refunds on VIP discounts not received at time of purchase are at our discretion.

INSTRUCTIONS

Where it says "Add a discount code or a gift card" you should enter the code VIP and then click Apply. **The code is simply those three letters, there is no unique code, it's the same for everyone** The website will allow/block the coupon based on whether your email address is linked to a VIP account in our admin. If you believe you should be a VIP and this isn't working for you please contact us! Scroll down for troubleshooting tips.

TROUBLESHOOTING : 

I believe I am a VIP but I get an error saying "VIP discount isn't available to you right now. Please try logging in to your account or contact Customer Care"

You may not be tagged as a VIP because you have not shopped with us since February 2020 when we did a major update on our website and some accounts didn't transition to the new platform. Please send us an email and we'll fix it for you!

- You may be trying to checkout with a different email address than the one you originally registered which is connected to your VIP account. The website identifies your VIP status via the email address - so try a different one or email us to solve the issue. 

- Check that you are applying it to full price items - VIP discounts only apply to full price. 

- VIP discounts won't work in conjunction with other discounts. Try placing a separate order that contains full price items only. 

I fit the VIP customer criteria, I have tried all of the troubleshooting methods without success, and I don't want to miss out on the item I want to purchase. What should I do?

Please place your order at full price to secure your item, and email us to request a refund of the VIP discount. We are happy to do this providing you are an eligible VIP, we don't want you to miss out on your favourite things due to tech issues!
